Policy Statement

Crenshaw Capital Management (CCM) is an Investment Advisory and Wealth Management Firm. By using highly disciplined analytical procedures our goal is to create a portfolio of investments which will offer clients the highest rate of return for the amount of risk taken. A personalized Investment Policy (IP) is created for each individual client to determine their needs and goals and to establish how these goals are to be achieved with regards to their risk tolerance.

Investment Strategy

Crenshaw Capital Management  provides Investment Supervisory Services, defined as giving on-going advice to a client or making investments for a client based on the individual needs of the client. We seek but or not limited to investing in companies with proven track records over time. This will generally consist of companies with sound financial structures as well as a conservative business approach. We aim to invest in companies that are trading at or below their book value withile maintaining the potential to grow consistently in sales and productivity.

Portfolio Process

CCM manages accounts on a discretionary basis. A comprehensive investment portfolio will be professionally designed and actively managed by our staff of professionals. Account supervision is guided by the stated objectives of the client (i.e., capital appreciation, growth, income, or growth and income). CCM will meet with each individual client in person or over the phone to determine the client's investment needs and goals. CCM will then prepare an Investment Policy stating those needs and goals as well as establish how these goals are to be achieved with regards to their risk tolerance.
